I am very proud to be a part of the Collin Raye team! He is GREAT to play music with, the band is fantastic and we really get along well!
As does Collin, I have a deep love for all kinds of music...I have many influences ranging from country to the heaviest of rock bands to the most laid back R&B. I think it is very important to like all kinds of music in order to become a better musician.
My professional tour experience includes Dottie West (country legend), Lorrie Morgan, Chely Wright, Helen Cornelius, a clinic tour with the ROCK band Cinderella. Studio work with legendary producer Bill Szymczyk (EAGLES), Multi Platinum Artist Tracy Lawrence, and countless recordings...and I have produced a LOT of artists and bands over the last 10 years.
I also played on Dolly Parton's 'Those were the Days' CD. I played on the rock classic 'Crimson and Clover' with Dolly and Tommy James!
I recently played on some tracks with Toby Keith and produced for singer Mica Roberts.
My work history is pretty diverse and extensive. I am certain that having an open mind musically has helped me through the years. Try to become a 'Musical Sponge' this will be invaluable to your future. I have had the great pleasure of doing everything from traveling in a van to touring in the most elite tour buses...selling millions of records...anything and everything in between.
